Anti D20 or same basic flaw?

Converted from Phorums BB System

By limitng the characters to one attack action and a move action, with an armour class (er...defence)that combines agility and armour into an aggregate reduction in the chances of being hit.....oh and attacks simulate not one acton but a round of attaking and manouvering.....

This is supposed to be ANTI D20?

Alas, it seems more like it is perpetuating the same basic flaws that make D20 such a clumsy, counter intuitive and rules intensive system. Not that I dont enjoy such games as a kind of tactical board game....but to have Storyteller....an intuitive easy to grasp "role playing" system harking back to the first flaws ever devised in an RPG conflict system (which were based on table top wargame principles)

Very dissapointing.

Better to role 1d20 than a bucket of D10's.

Hardly Anti-d20 I think.
