This strip was done by Matt Howarth, a top-notch self-made comic artist/writer. _Amber Raves_ features recurrent characters from one of Howarth's better inventions, Bugtown. These are Russ and Ron Post, aka the Post Brothers... eternally juvenile bad-asses that go around mucking in different realities behaving like frothing lunatics the are. The Post Bros. comics are a must read, in particular the super-hero spoof that ran for a few issues, and which deconstructed a super team in a quite literal way. Want more? Cthulhu is another character, as a shary music entrepreneur...
very cynic, lots'of angst, and with the blackest sort of humour I've read in comics this side of the Atlantic.
