Gaming books are, for all intents and purposes, reference books. Thus, they require either a halfway decent table of contents or a decent index. White Wolf has neither. This makes their books much harder to use. I think they need to make the extra effort. Plenty of other gaming companies seem to be able to pull it off under just as tight deadlines.
