This a case is a real "agree to disagree" situation.

I believe that far more many GM's think sexual content in RPGs detract from their games because their creepy, uncomfortable, with, wrong audience, wrong age group, bad experiences, whatever, etc.

You believe that it should be a natural part of any game if not rules then in RP. Fine, no problem. But if we took a poll tomorrow (this is a good one for RPGnet) I will bet money that most GMs and players would either avoid sexual content or have it happen off-screen (another solution I have no problem with.
