"Dude you killed my character with an STD!" If I pulled a stunt like this I would have no players. When I told Minx on one of these other threads about "horror stories" where sex and sexuality ruined a game and that's why people avoid it, it's this type of crap I'm talking about.

So, killing characters with strange diseases that don't exist in the real world (Filth Fever, Slimy Doom) is okay, but having them die from Hepatitis is not?

As for alcohol, plenty of games have rules for drinking to excess.
