Just a note on Castle. I really have always adored this game when played with 2 or 3 players.

You really should look at Bruno's variant page, however.

There is nothing in the original rules that prevents you from drawing all of your cards first, then playing out the huge hand. In fact, this is the ideal way to play, but it bogs the game down.

Bruno's variant forbids you to draw two cards on a turn. That way, your hand size tends to stay low.
