No, no they're not. Not by a long shot. The only reason for saying so is that you have no idea how much printing a GM screen costs.

A standard GM screen is more expensive to print than an entire 64-page perfect-bound supplement, and that's not including whatever bonus material they decide to throw in there with it.

RPG supplements are already underpriced. GM screens even more so due to the higher printing costs. Considering that a GM screen won't sell nearly as much as the core books...we're lucky they bother making the things at all.
