1. Grow a sense of humor.
2. Pay better attention to what is stated in the review. The term, by being outside the norm for what I expected, was something I felt would help in alienating players - a primary goal in Cyberpunk; setting up a growing sense that something is off with the world. I then noted that a similar tactic could be used by GMs with whatever terms are not in the norm for them.

There's no issue of arrogance in there at all, but it is factual that most RPG gamers are Americans.
