a few years ago a remarkable thing happened to me:
I was standing in a subwaystation. A girl was approaching slowly from the other end yelling something and waving something over her head.
I was curious and watched her approach. Couldn't really hear what she was saying. Only that "Satan" was in it every now and then.
Then I saw what she was waving over her head.
A pistol.
Scared to death I quickly looked to the ground and hoped that she would just pass. She did.

And now suprise:
Happened in:
Subwaystation Praterstern, Vienna, Austria.

Bottom line: People that are violent/economicaly unfortunate/ high/ whatever do exist.
Sometimes they do silly things.
They are *not* restricted to specific areas.

But I can see the problem in a gaming world. I.e. Chars. open up a Burger Joint, establish anti drug programs, a college and everybody lives happily ever after in ex Junktown.
