Thanks for the feedback Patrick!
As for size -- that has been politely glossed over, so I suppose it depends. I see elves as being pretty darn short -- where a decent sized house cat would pose a significant threat. However, I guess you could also go the traditional small child sized. I didn't spend much time on this. Maybe I was thinking of smurf size? I like that style mostly because it makes infiltrating the house, sneaking past towering mountains of presents, crawling through Christmas trees, lobbing oversized Christmas ornaments -- fun and dramatic.
And no, I meant Bites. A superheroic elf (a character) has a good amount of health. Since a normal attack does 1 Bite of damage, a GM doesn't have to take bites of cookies for villain damage. He can just mark it off (like hit points). I figured this would be easier than the GM eating a hundred cookies.
And finally, 4 bites per cookie seems pretty fair, but I suppose it depends on whether or not the player takes big or small bites. However, this may give rise to cheaters, who nibble on their cookies to save their elves from death.
Thanks for the questions and suggestions!
