A review exists primarily for a potential customer, who is relatively uninformed about a product, to learn more about that product so he can make a more educated decision about whether to buy it.

This review served that purpose just fine. There's a huge difference between the question, "Would you like to pay $31 for a box of random stuff?" and, "Would you like to pay $31 for one or two books, a piece of artwork, one or two dice bags... etc.?" This review is no more of an 'advertisement' than ANY positive review is.

Were I a Palladium gamer (I am not), this review would give the information I need to decide if I wanted to buy their Xmas pack. So I say: Good review.
