Seems to me that he described it pretty well. Palladium is offering a $31 bag of random stuff. You get palladium books, art work, and t-shirts, autographed if you like it. The only thing I would have liked is a link to the website for further reading. A quick google found it, and the website offer states pretty much exactly the same thing, in wordier form. I'm not sure what more you could ask for really.

He states that he liked them in the past, but isn't doing this year because the only books he wants aren't available, so the grab bag wouldn't have anything he wants. Seems fair to me.

And finally, to the comment about how "he must be famous" since he asked about his prevous reviews, according to the record, he's got 100 reviews on site. Not exactly a tiny body of work, so I'd be none too surprised if frequent RPGnet readers haven't seen some of his work already.
