Actually, that's a good point. I can't imagine why they didn't give him the full treatment. Even apart from the stat-blocks, there should be a section discussing Angelus since he is pivotal to understanding Angel.

Plus, it would be interesting to see stats on Angelus "back in the day," for those who may want to role play in the old times, perhaps even team up with Holtz and hunt Angelus and Darla.
