This book just SCREAMS for something like "Hellsing" (NOT "Van Helsing", although a modern equivalent of something like that film might be fun). Organizations mechanics to cover the Hellsing Agency (aka the Order of Protestant Knights) and the Vatican's Specialized Secret Agency Section XIII (aka Iscariot), and enough demon data to cover most things that agents could run into. Plus the character types fit the bill pretty well, if the review is any indication. I'd have to see the book to tell for sure, but so far it seems to be a good match.
