I must say the new combat system is welcome, although the old one didn't bother me (and my group) all that much. As for the rest--it's just details. On the whole, though, having gone over 5th ed. once again, I fail to find anything that looks like a "deal-killer"; unlike most games, there's nothing in it that won't work as written. It's a solid effort, overall.

And, I'm honestly still trying to convince myself that I really like the new artwork and layout, but it's just not working....
