Actually you are wrong on that one. You <i>believe</i> that human ability has little impact on skill because Hero tells you this. In fact if you compare those with talent (i.e. high stats) with those that don't there is no comparison.

For example olympic class gymnasts ALWAYS have high innate dexterities while a PHD in Physics will ALWAYS be intelligent and indeed will usually be at least a genius minus.

FRED encourages INT 8 Nuclear Physicists and that is BUNK.
