S'okay, we all make typos. Unfortunately, you could pretty much *count* on everyone just reading the title of your post and not bothering to actually answer your question. For some reason, 90% of the GURPS and Hero fans out there turn into complete, frothing at the mouth, raving loonies when you ask them any question that compares the two systems. I swear -- Israel and Palestine have nothing on these two groups.

Anyways, I haven't read Fantasy Hero, otherwise I'd try to answer you. It's a shame that no one here has the information you asked for, because I'm very curious, myself. I play GURPS, not Hero (though I have no problem with Hero as a system; my greatest complement for GURPS/4E was, "Wow, it does supers more like Hero! Great!"), but I might want to pick up Fantasy Hero as well if the mechanics-less stuff is worth it for me.

Perhaps you should rephrase your question and start a new thread with a subject line like, "I like ice cream", that doesn't lend itself to misinterpretation by game system fanatics like these guys... then just ask:

"I don't play either system (GURPS or Hero), but I'm looking into buying one or both of these products to port over to the systems I do use. Could anyone tell me how GURPS Fantasy and Fantasy Hero compare, if you take out all the crunchy stuff?"

That might get you a useful answer...
