I'd definitely want some of the rules tweaks discussed in the thread below applied -- and <i>definitely</i> the strength modifier option from the web site -- but it occurred to me last night that this might be a good rules-light alternative for Hyborean roleplaying. Magic tends to be ceremonial, hazardous, and deadly, monsters are rare and terrifying, and combat is both gritty and cinematic.
