I'm a crunching doof, I'll lay it down:

It gives you a +10% chance per die of rerolling that die for another success. It also grants this benefit to every time the die is rerolled.

In other words: The rate of reroll goes from 1/10 to 1/5 for every die in the roll. That's right, it doubles the chance of any die being rerolled.

Instead of 1/3 of all successes being rerolled to garner further successes, 2/3 of successes are rerolled to garner further successes.

9 again is a tad on the powerful side, as far as roll benefits go.

8 again is, IMO, complete madness.

Also, I would look into the value of successes for the system. No power gives automatic successes, no Trait, not even Willpower or Blood use gives an automatic success. 1 or 2 extra successes is quite a bit when the margin of success is 30%/die.

At least, that's how I see it.
