Converted from Phorums BB System

As I stated before - this is not good enough. I am reviewing the books, not the website. I cannot, in good conscience, justify the purchase of these books.

Until the system is completely overhauled and the rules are written in a more professional manner, and the setting actually provided in detail, and more attempt is made to make the game easier to learn, and generally a whole new game it made - it is not worth the purchase when there are so many good sci-fi games out there with better support and better systems.

Andromeda 2500 is not worth the cost. Not when for just a little bit more you can get the two Blue Planet core books and you get more in those two books than in Andromeda's two core books and all it's free support.

Or buy Core Command.

Or Fading Suns.

Or Traveller.

The point is that there is no uniqueness or point of difference that makes Andromeda worth the $41 US investment over other roleplaying games on the market. But there are plenty of faults to show why someone shouldn't.
