Though there was always GenCon, which is where I got mine! {It helped, living somewhat close to Lake Geneva, and even closer to Kenosha!)

You might find a copy on E-Bay, or one of the other 'auction' services, or as a used book on Amazon.com.

You might also look for the novels, loosely set in that world, written by Nick Polleta. While the books emphasize over-the-top action, and the game was more into CoC style investigation, they'll give you something of an idea of what the Universe was like.
Basically, a cross between CoC and James Bond, with a little of everything else thrown in...
