Yes. Hundreds even.

And it's not so much splitting hairs as painting an accurate picture. There are millions of D&D players. A tiny, tiny fraction of that number will buy the World Guide for use with another game.

Fact is, the IKWG is still a real rarity in the d20 world; a book *without* crunch. Even if it isn't being sold outside of a vacuum, it's still a fairly brave decision.
