Did you actually look at the IKCG? Did you actually look at Lock-andLoad?

They are two completely different books, both in crunch and in detail. While there is some crossover, the amazing wealth of extra and changed detail in the books is overwhelming.

As for the calender, that is just a few pages (30-4) out of hundreds of pages of crunch, background, and art.

My guess is that you glanced at one, glanced at the other, then posted your ignorance for all to see.
