Converted from Phorums BB System

"What little crunch there was in the Character Guide was mostly cut and pasted from Lock and Load."

There are some common elements from Lock & Load, but:

1. The material in the IKCG is fully updated for 3.5, whereas the info in Lock & Load is for 3.0. Not a lot of difference, mind, but it's an important point for anyone using the setting with the D&D system.

2. The IKCG expanded on this small amount of basic info to the point that it's a completely new book. Besides elaborating (and elaborating WELL) on the existing stuff, three-quarters of the book is NEW, PREVIOUSLY UNPUBLISHED INFORMATION! New details, new spells, new items, new classes (a LOT of new classes), and enough meaty flavor text to keep somebody reading for a good while.

Where did you get the idea that everything's from the original charater primer? Certainly not from the book!

"Yet another IK product I won't buy because the artists run amok would rather waste several pages describing a fictional calendar than give me bang for my buck."

Okay, we've been here before. Honestly, you might actually try READING the book before you start spouting things that are patently untrue. At least then you can say you've read it!
