Geschenkt also seems very similar to Reiner Knizia's "Flinke Pinke" (or "Loco!", as it is called in America.)

They both have a small number of cards, and chips. The scoring is a hassle in both (at least to those of us who struggle to do math in our heads), with Loco requiring multiplication, and Geschenkt requiring addition (or is it subtraction?) of several 2-digit numbers.
