Not in the main rulebook, no. Shame, really. That could have come in handy in the Border Princes region (prime adventuring territory for advanced characters).

On the other hand, the Warhammer World's a lot more mapped than it used to be, so adding in cities here and there isn't really necessary. You can always tweak the ones that are there if you want to have a different ruler, larger population, blow it up, that kind of thing.

The GM's pack does have 1st Edition's plans of sample villages, temples and whatnot though.
