::raises hand:: Computer programmer who skipped two grades worth of math here. I can see, given a certain hand, that there are definately moves that are better than others. However, I really don't see any overarching strategies that would significantly reduce the randomness of the outcome of the game.
As Gargoyle says, trying to keep track of which goals and keepers have entered and left play has some effect, but that's hardly a "rich strategic possibility."
Posting the same question I asked in the other thread off this review: could you give us an example of some of the strategies you see in Fluxx?
