Is there really no (mechanical) way back from Corruption? That seems to cut out quite a bit of scope for roleplaying. (Hey, even Darth Vader redeemed himself before the end.) Are all Corrupted villains irredeemable? Will _players_ think they have no option to turn villains back from Shadow?

I suppose it might fit in with the "black moustache" style of villain you typically get in this type of fiction.
