RE: Random character generation

If you want a default array instead of rolled generation, go with this one:

28, 29, 31, 31, 31, 33, 34, 36

Obviously, that's for human characters, but it can be modified for other races as needed (by subtracting 20 and adding the appropriate modifier). I got that by taking a typical set of rolls that average to exactly 31 (26, 28, 29, 31, 31, 33, 34, 36), and replacing the crappiest stat with an average one. For fate points and wounds (I don't have the book with me, so this might be a bit min-maxable), just let them pick from a 5 and 6, a 4 and 7, or a 3 and 8 as their rolls.

Hope that helps,
Jeff
