Why NOT fight?

Converted from Phorums BB System

Sure, most of the people of this world haven't seen the overview that this book provides, but there surely are small signs of what's coming. And to the superstitious, nearly anything could be an omen (and in this world, they might really BE omens). But in the meantime, there are chores to be done, crops to plant and harvest, houses to build, living to be done. The end may come eventually, but why rush it by neglecting to care for yourself and your own?

And along with that chance, those who know what's coming, and what the cause is, can work towards a different end: stopping the coming cataclysm, or at least delaying it another generation. And even those who don't know can find out. One person can make a difference here. A few can make a bigger difference. Get enough fews, and there's a big difference just waiting to be made, though the task seems hopeless through one individual's eyes.

Besides, why just lie down and play dead? Rather like at the Alamo, you may be outnumbered overwhelmingly, but damned if you won't at least take a few of the bastards down with you!

If that's your kind of game, you'll like Warhammer Fantasy.
