OK you got me. Jeez, 2 degrees in English and I make a mistake like that. Where I have written index you can assume Table of Contents in all instances. While my brain is indeed very strange, I doubt it's powers are quite so far reaching and lateral.

I think an index would be a lot to ask of a 24 hour game, and hardly useful at all.

Hmm. I wonder if this is 'Strine laziness. We Aussies like to find the shortest way of saying something, and I may have substituted index in my head for ToC because of the fewer sylables.
