Well, I disagree. Or rather, if it is last minute fluff, I consider it important last minute fluff. So much so that I myself give 1/3 of my grading based on it. But feel free to disregards everything I say under format and appearance, at your leasure!

My reasoning has been stated elsewhere: this challenge is to do the full rpg, everything you can possibly manage, to the best of your ability, including making it a viable, publication quality product. This means that some talented and skilled people who are writers, designers, layout artists, editors and publishers all wrapped into one, will get top marks above and beyond us mere writers who have some neat ideas. And so they bl--dy well should. Does not in any way de-value the work of those who only put out the meat of a game, only gives credit where it is due IMHO.
