First of all, congratulations! This was a great review!

I would like to point out that the abiliy scores modifiers are not actually similar to 1e, where you usually need at least a 15 to get some bonus.

They are the same ones from BD&D, i.e.:

3 -3
4-5 -2
6-8 -1
9-12 0
13-15 +1
16-17 +2
18 +3
