Personally,

I'm looking at using Warhammer careers to approximate the Conan classes, giving the spells Casting Numbers and then running the whole thing using Warhammer, but d20 setting info. Warhammer makes a very Conan-ish rule set, and appears to run faster in combat (but haven't played it a lot yet, so that opinion may change).
