The super-secret GTS version is identical in content to the actual print version. However, there were only 30 of those printed up. So save it for posterity; it's officially a collector's item. :-)

The only difference is that the quality of the print job, which in the hardcover version is superb.

As for the prestige classes, the velin chief is still 10 levels (a minor oversight in the review). That was a design decision we talked about extensively. It really came down to whether we wanted to call it an advanced class simply for the fact that it had 10 levels. In the end, we decided that the chief of a velin tribe really should be a prestige class, from a thematic standpoint.
