This was a very good review, more detailed than most, and conveyed perfectly the disjointed and irrational parts of Tekumel.

The people attacking the reviewer are showing themselves to be an elitist clique yearning to be better than "the unwashed masses."

From the review, it's quite evident the new book is poorly designed, and the world looks downright boring to play in unless you're an Anthropology Ph.D. Even then it seems to fail on many counts.

There's a reason this game is not popular, and it's not because it's too brilliant for mere common folk to understand.
