Because Chaos is the stronger religion. But mostly, because this is Warhammer, and EVERYONE worships chaos.

I agree that the bad guy is a bit too dimensional, though. The start is a bit wonky and linear, and it could use more grounding in the setting given the political shenannigans that happen in it. But any player in a WFRP game SHOULD be aware of the Ulric/Sigmar rivalry!!

Also, the trial scene is just BRILLIANT, the skull is hilarious, the temple fight nicely ouchy, and the climax suitably WFRPian.

It's akin to a small Death on the Reik, but needing a bit more flesh on the bones. It's got great potential though.
