Very nice post. However, can you tell me where it says that Mind Touch is line of sight only? I just read the writeup of the power in my .pdf twice and did not see it there. I did, however, see it specifically talk about familiarity -- which is most often used to use powers on those not in LoS. It was always my impression that you can use Mind Touch for long distance communication, and that is in fact how roving Finest are kept in touch with (even if it is only one way from the base to them).
