I think I wrote that it was "one-on-one". Now, I think my bitch is a matter of taste; I prefer the psychic "radio room" of the Sovereign's Finest to be able to talk to a team of envoys as a group instead of just to one of them.

Still, it would've been nice to see the idea better explained in the sample adventure instead of "You receive a psychic communique..." It would've given theplayers an immediate seonse of something larger, yet personal at the same time.
