It'd be easier to come up with it using Risus. Actually, I'm surprised that Fudge and especially FATE aren't mentioned in the Bibliography -- Qualities and Powers just both seem like more workable versions of FATE's Aspects, to me. (Of course, if they were independently derived, then there's not much reason to put those in the Bibliography. BTW, the comments in the Bibliography in the actual game are pretty interesting...the whole thing takes up three pages of smallish print (the font looks smaller to me than that of the main book.)
