Correct. If you have Master +6 Kryptonian, that gives Good +2 Invulnerability, Good +2 Flight, Good +2 Super-Strength, Good +2 Heat Vision, etc.
Recall that Meta-Powers need Limitations and/or Vulnerabilities included, too.
