You seem to be dead on for the "offical" products, but I think WotC could do a lot worse than copying the mecha rules from the Mecha SRD, which I belive GoO put out. Though I suppose they'd have to come up with a setting for it... which doesnt' work so good anymore. THey used up space, and modern... so there's not a lot of setting unless they label it "d20: Anime"... which ALSO has been done by GoO.
