Well, I can't tell much about T&T 7.0 but I own a previous version of T&T I bought about two years ago (was it the Corgy version?) and all I can tell is, it really needs to be rewritten. The game is simple but it is very poorly presented. It's a lot harder to understand than it needed to, and the rules are not presented in a logical way at all. In any case, since it was fairly unexpensive I suppose you can afford both 5.5 and 7.0. That will complete your collection and nothing substitutes for a classic, not even a new and polished edition.
