Does the review say they're telepaths? They're not, in the typical SF sense. But maybe you could read it that way based on the things they can do.

Well, you can't say "Fading Suns should not be used as an argument for how a Dune RPG could work because its not Dune" and then go on to say "Wow, I'm surprised the Estate hasn't sued them!"
