Future Worlds (Unwisdom Of)
There's a good practical reason for handwaving away the possibility of finding worlds with a future date and appropriate technological developments; they're going to make any Infinite Worlds campaign explode into fragments. All that super-tech is a GM's headache and three-quarters.
GMs could always add such things, but really shouldn't. Frankly, Caliph (a world with a past date but highly advanced technology) is enough of a problem.
The generic sections on true time travel games could maybe have paid more attention to the subject, but, well, it's a large can of worms.
