There is no such thing as too much bitching about Sliders, especially if you're trying to persuade somebody that fiction based on alternate dimensions is not inherently crap. Best to distance yourself from the atrocious media adaptation in no uncertain terms. cf. Dungeons & Dragons, The Movie.

Seriously, the existence of that dorky show makes selling players on Infinite Worlds, no matter how good it may be, an uphill battle.
