I can't understand his thinking... When I first read those posts, a particular poster there really tried to help the guy out, but he might as well have been hitting his head against the wall. Props to that poster, putting his money where his mouth is and playtesting the game and giving feedback, although it seemed to amount to little.
I can equate the Darrick=Satanis thing right now to would be the Travolata=Battlefield Earth fiasco, where the creator is so pleased with their work that they are entirely blind to the glaring deficiencies of this product.
I honestly rate this thing up there with the worst of the worst, and I won't mention their names here.
I feel bad for the guy, because he obviously loves this thing, but its a terrible game.
