thing was that this was allso doable in 1ed. only that the alternate power stuff was under the "create a power" subsection and therefor badly explained...
to make spideys web shooters i would go:
device with:
power: snare
alternate effect on snare: swinging
sue storm on the other hand would have this force field with a bunch of extras.
again it was somewhat badly explained but you could maintain one effect of a multi effect power while using a diffrent one.
but then again i dont think ill pick up 2ed by the sound of it. i have wrapped my head around 1ed and have all i need from there...
