Honestly I'm not sure that it would be. There's plenty of nifty, but it's of the sort "here's how to include cool idea X in exalted" or "here's the rules for cool idea Y". If you're not going to be using the rules or the specific setting, then I'm not convinced that it'd be a good purchase.

Maybe if you had a group that would appreciate the coolness of running magitech Blame! in Autochthon, but only because everyone involved enjoys the twisted familiarity of it all, making the <i>point</i> of the game being that you've mixed peanut butter and chocolate.

There's certainly cool and inspirational material, just that I'm not sure if there's <i>enough</i> to warrant a purchase. The elemental pole extract got me jazzed for the book, but most the nifty turned out to have been in that extract. The rest is fairly mundane, with rare gems. Nothing grabbed me like the description of the poles and their associated environments. Though your mileage may vary, obviously.
