How many women wanted to? How many would be in a place where it would look even close to appropriate? How many would need to wear a _miniskirt_ in order to look or feel sexy? (Bring on slinky dresses!) And lastly, how many women had jobs or activites where a miniskirt would be a gorram idiotic thing to wear? Kaylee wearing a miniskirt while working on the engines would be an insult to my intelligence.
Oh and I know of a female Firefly RPG character who has the Amorous trait. If you're worried about someone raping your character, that's something you have to work out with your GM. I don't think I worry about Henri...short for Henrietta. You should see her Brawling skill.
